This is a Waterman Brushed Chrome with Gold Trim, Roller Point Pen.  The pen is Made in France, so the  Parker Box that it is currently in is not original to the pen but is a very nice box that holds the pen quite well.

1.  The pen shows only minor wear from gentle use

2.  The pen ink cartridge currently has some ink but writes intermittently, so it might need a refill soon.  Sometimes though when the ink congeals, you can run hot water over the refill ad it loosens the ink up.
3.  The pen has advertising for RiverSource Annuities on the cap but it is done very tastefully and does not ruin the good looks of the cap or overall pen
4.  There in no paperwork with the pen; the very nice box is actually a Parker box - not original to the pen
5.  The trim is gold tone and has "Waterman France" at the center trim and "W" on the pocket clip
