This is a spirited vintage strange joker hat made in Nepal....very odd and the arms that stand up bend too....the brim slips on very soft ...tagged L....there is bells on the ends of arms too....has tribal detail...green and very well made....just odd on for sure....great for summer festival or whatever your heart desires....funky spirited and fun......love old clothing and vintage spirited garments....ones that speak to me or match the way I am feeling inside....something more than something off the rack or just because everyone else is wearing it...some original .... old vintage does this to me hope you too.
