This is a very old vintage/antique hoop, pre 1940's (this is a guess, I have embroidered for a very long time and this is the first one I have ever seen). The hoop is 6" across, the outer ring is wire strung with ½" oblong wood beads, a spring clamp, with minor rust, that closes the loop (clamp in great working order but no identifying marks). The inter hoop is wooden with a groove around the outside center to hold the wooden bead outer ring. There is a "name and 3 words in purple" on the inside ring but I cannot read it. Couldn't get a clear picture either, sorry. Smoke and pet free home. Thank you.
