hourglass Appalachian mountain dulcimer beautiful wood. Inside label reads Unicorn Woodworks/6892 Ridgeway Dr./Pollock Pines, CA 95726/816-644-7102 Must be from before 2006 because that's when the maker moved from California. Any level player can use this dulcimer. I suggested Beginner because the previous owner put fret stickers on, and many beginners like them. There are two little notches in the wood in the upper bout on the right as you are looking at the dulcimer and some little teeny tiny white dots on one of the sides. I tried to show notches in the last pictures. This dulcimer is in outstanding condition otherwise. Elegantly curved headstock. The wood grain is simply beautiful. Thanks for looking!
