Shipping
We ship to United States, Canada and other countries. We ship within 1-2 days after receipt of your payment, Mondays thru Fridays except Holidays. All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS ground at our discretion. We do combine shipping on beads and findings within 7-day period.
Combined items must be paid in single payment and shipped together. In the event that your total shipping and handling cost is higher than expected, please DO NOT PAY. Request an invoice for combined shipment.
Terms of Sale
If you're not completely satisfied with your item(s) for any reason, please notify us within 7 days after receiving the item(s). If returning for replacement or refund, you will be responsible for shipping & handling costs returning the item(s) to us. Shipping & handling and insurance fees are non-refundable. Items must be received with tag (if comes with tag) and in original condition (no exceptions). Refunds will be made via PayPal ONLY.
