Suitable for Framing 1940 Munsingwear Ad 5 1/2" x 10"

Description

1940 ad with excellent black & white illustration by Gilbert Bundy.  Ad is titled "Suitable for Framing" by Munsingwear - Fit That Lasts.
The young lady has fallen off the ladder while hanging a framed picture - only to expose her Munsingwear knit panties.
Ad measures 5 1/2" x 10" and was rescued from a damaged April 1, 1940 issue of LIFE magazine.  The reverse side of the ad shows part of a typewriter ad.
The ad is in very good condition.  I'll place it inside a plastic sleeve and add a piece of white foam board for stability.  Mailing will be by USPS First Class in a bubble envelope.
