    Virginia style 4 string Teardrop Mountain Dulcimer 4/13/2018 #54 by Tom Spina.  Heartwood Eastern Red Cedar top. white Ash back, sides, fretboard and head.  Black Heartwood Wenge fingerboard veneer.  Grover open gear ukulele tuners.  has 25.5" VSL, 7.5" wide, 2.25" deep body.  18 frets, including 6 1/2 and 13 1/2.  Both dulcimers:  strings .011, .011, .013, .024 bw. Overall Length 34" Tuned up in the Key of DDAd Ideal smaller standard dulcimer for players who have difficulty reaching positions on a standard size fretboard.
