PLAYBOY FEMLIN FIGURINE IN CHAMPAGNE GLASS - LEROY NIEMAN - OPENED BOX/ LIKE NEWThe Femlin was created by Leroy Neiman in August 1955 on behalf of Hugh Hefner for Playboy magazine. Through the years the image graced several covers of the magazine. During the early 1960s, Playboy issued four Femlin figurines which were quite collectible and are now valued in the thousands if you can find them. In 2002, Playboy issued this newest incarnation of the Femlin, playfully posing inside a custom hand-blown champagne glass.
The statue itself measures about 7" from the tip of her boots to the back of her head. The figurine fits comfortably into the champagne glass -- the glass has the word 'Femlin' in script, with the Playboy Bunny Ears logo also printed in black. When posed inside the champagne glass the total height is about 7". Playboy offered these for sale in 2002 and they sold out quickly. This is in mint condition and removed from the box only to inspect and take photos. The box has minor wear. See photos.
