If the fabric print or color makes no difference to you, this is the best way to pick up a pair of xx small hoop skirts.
Skirt stretches to fit 1/2 inch thick wood or metal hoops that are

XX SMALL hoop SKIRTS: For hoops with a
circumference up to 13 inches
(3 or 4 inch round).
Top and bottom edges are elasticized to surround and hug the frame or hoop. Elastic is encased (not sewn to the edge).
Also, makes a nice soft frame for your finished pictures or an edge garter for very small bowls, tins or baskets.
French seams - no exposed threads for your needle or hands to catch on.
Measure the entire circumference or perimeter of YOUR stitching hoop/frame for the minimum/maximum width range. Hoops NOT included.
Machine wash and dry when needed.
