EXTRA SMALL hoop SKIRTS: For hoops with a
circumference of 18-25 inches
or less (6,7,8 inch round, 4x6, 5x7 inch ovals)
Top and bottom edges are elasticized to surround and hug the frame or hoop. Elastic is encased (not sewn to the edge).
Also, makes a nice soft frame for your finished pictures or an edge garter for small bowls, tins or baskets.
French seams - no exposed threads for your needle or hands to catch on.
Measure the entire circumference or perimeter of YOUR stitching hoop/frame for the minimum/maximum width range. Hoops NOT included.
Machine wash and dry when needed.
