Nicaragua: Billete del Tesoro Nacional 1 Peso 1896, P-Unlisted (24a?) VERY RARE SERIES No.II.
Simon Bolivar's portrait is observed at center on this well circulated example of a scarce and seldom seen early Nicaraguan issue. The colors remain quite bold on this 1 Peso note that has some splits and rust stains. It has some holes because of the moth. Quite scarce note, there is no other known of the same Series No. II, the ones that appear in the catalog are Series No. VII and VIII.
