    Description

    This 1990s vintage 3-string dulcimer is, I believe, a beginners model. It’s shorter size - 36” length, 25 1/2” VSL - makes it easy to play ... immediately.
    A card - visible through a lower round sound hole - reads, in part, “Pigeon River String Instruments ... Bob & Anne Lazenby ... Pigeon Forge, TN 37863”.
    Originally bought in the 1990s but never really played; I am its second owner.
    I believe this has a spruce top, solid walnut body—all stained a darker brown. Geared tuners. Takes both loop- and ball-end strings.
    In all, a sweet little dulcimer with a clean, bright tone. Sorry, no case.
