Well-constructed from thick and strong genuine leather, the cover has been beautifully etched and is adorned with Latin phrases and intricate floral patterns around the engraving of the knight. The book contains 110 leaves (220 pages front and back) that are divided into three sections for organization. Two braided leather strings along the spine exterior can be useful as bookmarks in addition to the long leather string used to tie the diary together.
