    Перепёлочка / Perepyolochka means 'little quail'  lap harp
    The instrument is a traditional lap harp from Belarus, a former part of the Soviet Union.
    Honey-colored wood with metal tuning anchors on each side that are connected to 15 strings of increasing length. Above the sound hole are 2 birds on and below it is the word "Перепелочка"
