You are purchasing a great mini Lace & Applique Scissors.  These scissors have 1 sharp point & 1 blunt point ideal for lace and appliques.  These little scissors measure 4.5" and have a satin finish.  These scissors are also great for cutting Embroidery thread and hundreds of other uses in needlework & sewing.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Your choice of USPS first class padded envelope or USPS small flat rate box for an additional charge.  I usually ship within 1 day after payment is received.  Your scissors will also be wrapped in bubble wrap.

We do utilize delivery confirmation.  (Buyer pays return shipping & handling.)  Item must be received back by us in the same new condition that it was sent.  If item is in its original package, item cannot be returned if package is opened or backing materials are damaged.  Credit will be given to the buyer's PayPal account.  All damages &/or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of buyer's receipt. There is a 10% restocking fee for any returned item.
