Small Framed Advertising Card Poster for Herwhit Hand and Top Handkerchief.  "Roaring 1920s" Flapper Girl LuLu or L.L. Cawford or Crawford image, maybe a local showgirl or actress, although it does bear a resemblance to early Joan Crawford(Lucille LeSueur). It measure approx 9" x 11" and is printed in sepia and grey tones on heavy card stock with an Art Deco background. Some wear and loses from age. Maybe be English or Irish in origin.
