In the past 10 years I have experimented with all kinds of systems to amplify the harp, I even bought an electric pedal harp from Camac (The Blue). However, I am never completely satisfied with the result, the blue sounded electric to me, and I therefore sold it again.
The last time I placed a microphone in the body towards you and that gave just about the best I could make.
I've tried your H4 pickup on a pedal harp now, and honestly, this is by far the best sound I've ever had, plus it's easy to install and affordable too.

I only mounted the H4 pickup with the 4 piezos in the harp and I am very surprised. The piezos flawlessly address the harp sound from high to low and give no feedback. What a solution for the lever harp!

I have installed the new H4 pickup and it works very well! More balanced than before.The old Rebel twin pickup now is in my smaller harp and is doing a perfect job there.
I have tried also other pickups but the rebels seem to produce the most natural sound for little money! I can highly recommend them for harp players! You may write this statement on your website, if you like, adding that I am a professional harpplayer .All the best

Hi Dick, I now have the H4 pickup and the sound this pickup in my harp is a huge improvement compared to what I've previously tried out. (Treasures design harp pickup, Schaller pickup, Harp mic Dusty strings)

Installation Rebel pickups H4 pickup for harp :
The Rebel Harp Pickup consists of 4 piezo pickups.
The elements are distributed on the soundbooard on the inside of the instrument.
The jackbus is usually installed in the back / side of the sound box.
For the permanent installation of the jackbus you have to drill a hole, but if you don't like that, you can install the jackbus with some imagination, also with 2-sided tape, Velcro or a clip.
The pickups can be attached with the included 2-sided adhesive tape, or can be attached with 1 second Super Glue. The front side of the pick-up touches the wood.
The cables should hang or come loose, or be secured with a piece of 2-sided foam adhesive tape.
A cable must not come loose against a vibrating sounding board. (may cause disturbing noises)
You can use an instrument amp, and if you prefer, you can make your own sound with an effect pedal equalizer.
