    This listing is for a lovely evening accessory made by the Evans Case Company of North Attleboro MA. The company was actively making high quality ladies accessories between 1920 and 1960. This small handbag has a black suede fabric cover on the front, back and handle with the front embellished with a rhinestone banded gold finished medallion mounted with a rhinestone/paste decorated floral bouquet. The handbag opens on each side with the front having a coin slot for dimes, a lipstick holder, a compartment for powder with an accompanying powder puff, comb and mirror. The back section opens to hold cigarettes.
    Measures 5 1/2" wide (East to West), 3 1/8" long (North to South) not including handle, 5 3/4" long (North to South) including handle and 1" deep. Weighs 13 ounces.
    This nice handbag is in very good to excellent Estate condition and appears to have never been used. There is one missing rhinestone in the floral bouquet and faint signs of aging on the interior mirror. The gold finished metal body is clean and bright on both the interior and exterior and  reflect no damage or signs of wear.
