DULCIMER - 4 STRING ZEBRAWOOD - WALNUT GREEN RIVER DULCIMERS

Description

I am selling the rest of my dulcimer collection at the urging of my wife.  I will soon be 89, and she is afraid I might get "promoted", leaving her with my collection.  She knows very little about them, and said she would not have any idea of how to sell them.  So...this is a part of my "disposal sale".
It will be safely packaged, and shipped within two days via FedEx ground.
This is a fine gently-used dulcimer, well-made, solid and nice appearing.

THEY MADE HOURGLASS AND TEARDROP DULCIMERS, ALL BUILT ALIKE, USING WALNUT FOR THE BACKS AND SIDES, AND VARIOUS EXOTIC WOODS FOR THE TOPS.
THEY WERE ALL WELL-MADE INSTRUMENTS.
THIS ONE HAS A BEAUTIFUL TOP made of ZEBRAWOOD.
THE BACK AND SIDES are made of WALNUT.
THE FRETBOARD is WALNUT and is ONE PIECE, STRAIGHT AND FLAT.  IT MEASURES 1 1/2' WIDE AND 3/4" THICK.    VSL IS 30"
