Colonial - Quality Silver Seal Frocks, Vintage Counter Sign 1920's

Description

Vintage Advertising Sign " Colonial " Silver Seal Quality Frocks, Counter Type 1920's.  Embossed (raised letters or copy) Layers of heavy cardboard that has been emulsified.  This sign weighs 1 lb. 4 oz.  The only condition issue is the paint chips.  No surface dents on the front or back.  In my travels I have only seen one other type.  Quite rare.  Size :  13"  x  10 1/2" width at bottom
