Black-capped Chickadee Wood Carving- Miniature, Hand Painted, One of a Kind

Description

This is for a beautiful miniature, wooden, hand carved and painted Chickadee perching on a branch.  The whole carving measures 4 inches tall, 4 3/4 inches at its widest point and the bird itself stands about 3 1/4 inches tall.  Purchased at an auction, I don't know the carver, but he or she put the letter "R" under their carvings.  Realistically done (though the bird's head seems a bit thin to me), this would make a great collectible and being small in size would fit just about anywhere you would want to display it.
I will be mailing this carving first class mail at a discounted shipping rate.
I deal mainly in hunting, fishing, and nature/outdoor items, both newer and vintage and really enjoy seeing others get an item they will enjoy for years to come.
