Beautiful Vintage Hand Crafted 4 String Hourglass Appalachian Mountain Dulcimer

Being offered from a recent local estate is this Vintage Hourglass 4 string Appalachian Mountain Dulcimer!
Not sure who made it, and after researching on the internet it might be a Lark in the Morning kit.
Beautifully
hand
crafted with a solid Mahogany top, and Cherry sides and back with two Celtic Knot Rosette sound holes.
It has high quality Grover tuners, and the instrument measures about 38" long with
9" wide
lower bout and
7 1/2" wide
upper.
It has 19 frets and scale length is 27 3/4" long.
Overall condition is excellent!  Well made, and no cracks, dings or scratches.
It could probably use new strings, and it definitely needs a new nut, or to raise the nut on the instrument as one of the strings is sitting a bit low.
