Description

Refurbished Appalachian Mountain Dulcimer.
The frets have been leveled and polished and the intonation is good up and down the fretboard. Has the 6½ frets on both octaves.
Those half frets were originally used as the 6½ frets for the high string only, but they were switched to the highest spots to provide more flexibility for different tunings in the main playing areas.
Nice clear tone with good projection, plays in tune and stays in tune well.
25¼" scale length, currently tuned to Dadd.
