Antique Whiting's Sculptoscope Coin-Op Machine.
This is a fantastic old Penny arcade machine. Simply insert one cent into the slot, place your eyes to the viewer and start pulling the trigger.
The cards start on a title page and then flip through the images, one at a time, with every trigger pull. Want to see ALL the cards; that’s going to cost you a whopping 6 cents!! As there are 6 different subject matters. They include;
-HUNTING AND FISHING
-WORLD FAMOUS BEAUTY SPOTS
-COLONIAL DAYS
-SOMETHING TO MAKE CHILDREN LAUGH
-FUN WITHOUT VULGARITY
-THE LIFE OF JESUS CHRIST
This machine is in great working condition. It likes the old copper pennies best as the new ones are too light. There is a key included to access the cards. You spin the green name plate off to retrieve the coins.
Really a wonderful piece. Everyone enjoys the novelty.
