Beautiful Antique Southern Heart Pine General Store Mercantile Sales Counter Ca. 1870's.
This counter was found in Historic Helen, Georgia where it was used in an 1800's general store.  I used this wonderful counter in my Georgia antique store for 22 years until I retired and relocated to Flat Rock, NC.  The counter measures 10' 7" long, 32" deep and 39 1/2" height (with added removable 5 1/2" base that I added due to my height) or 34 1/4" original height.  Condition is antique with signs of wear commensurate with 150 years of use.
