Antique Kralik?Webb? Green Stripe OpaLeSceNT Ruffled ArT GLaSs Bride Basket Vase

This antique art glass basket has beautiful opalescent stripes, green ruffled edges, a clear looped rope type handle, and a footed base. It looks like Kralik, Harrach, or possibly Webb, but I am not sure. Info is appreciated if anyone knows for certain. It measures approximately 8 3/4" to the top of its handle, by 6" across at the widest points from outer edge to outer edge of the ruffled top opening. It is in very good condition. There is a spot near the pontil on the bottom which looks like a flat chip but I am pretty sure it was just simply made this way (see fourth and fifth photos), and one handle feels rough on the end ... It has always been this way since I owned this, and I think it was made this way, but not 100% sure (see last close up photo)
... no big deal to me, but wanted to be up front about what I see. Gorgeous piece for a collection! Shipping is based on an estimated 5 pounds packed weight.

I have described the condition, and provided overall measurements, so be sure you are OK with those specific details being all sales are final and offered "as is", as I no longer accept returns unless not as described.

(not item not as described option). If there is a legitimate reason for a return, item must be returned in condition it was sold, and original packing and box it was shipped in within 14 days. Purchase price will be refunded. Original and return ship cost will not be refunded unless it is a matter of an error on my part.
