This is a piece from the "America's Favorite Songbirds" series of porcelain figurines which were made for and presented exclusively by Publisher's Clearing House in the early 1990s.
Good pre-owned condition. No chips or cracks. Some leaf tips and the tips of beak appear lighter as if paint was not applied or rubbed off. This may be the intended design, but do want to point it out. Please see photos for details.
