This type of plastic toy was found in machines back in the 1980s around Halloween.
These were made in Canada.
This is old stock from a distributor, that was never given out and is in excellent condition, with just a hint of age to it..
This is plastic ring set, colors will vary from white to orange, I believe the white ones glow in the dark, but you will get one of each image of a Pumpkin Man, Cat, Jack O' Lantern, Witch
These were stored for years in a box.
They are in great shape, nice, not perfect,  again, they were novelty premiums and were never perfect..
These are for adult collectors and should
NOT be Given TO SMALL Children EVER!! as SAFETY STANDARDS have changed
