1975 Larry McSpadden Dulcimer Hearts Dulcimer Shoppe.
Hello there, and welcome to my auction!
Up for bid is a dulcimer from my father in law's estate.  I had it for sale a few years ago...  had to pull it due to estate issues, but here it is again!
Beautiful instrument that honestly was probably never played more than a handful of times.
Pristine condition with just the slightest scratch shown in the last picture (prior to case pictures starting).
I know absolutely nothing about this instrument, and my research on it didn't really pan out.  I can tell you from scroll to bottom of instrument, measuring along the side, is a little over 36.5".
From the first gold bar (fret) to the last measures 23".  19 frets.  From the nut to the bridge is 29".
Inside label reads Dulcimer Shoppe- handcrafted instruments by McSpadden - Mountain View, Arkansas.  Larry McSpadden signature.  Date of 7-75; No. 3086; model M12-W.
Case is included.  This auction is for the dulcimer, bar slide (not pictured) and case only.
Please note that I had my son try tightening the strings because I was afraid they would break, and a string broke.  Since the strings are 45 years old, plan  on replacing the strings.
