box is handmade in Pennsylvania of solid oak not pine like the ones made in China. It would be wonderful for keepsakes or as a treasured wedding gift. It is lined with dark purple velvet.
Box has a picture frame style opening for cross stitch, embroidery, needlepoint, pictures, etc.. Octagon
box measures approximately 8”x 7.75”x 4” with a design size of 6.5”w x 6.5"h. Holds your needlework in the lid. It is an easy to mount style insert. It does not have a glass insert.
